Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders within Nigeria ship within 3-5 business days. International orders ship between 10-20 business days. Please note that due to COVID-19, there may be a slight delay in international shipments. We currently offer FREE SHIPPING for both local and international orders on all products.
When your order has been shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email. All packages are sent out with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email address that you provided to us upon checkout. Please note, shipping times do not include the standard production period which is 5 business days.
Please allow for additional shipping time for orders placed during periods with national holidays.

Handling & Packaging
All products are packaged and shipped from the studio in Lagos, Nigeria. Art prints are rolled and shipped out in an artists tube. The artists tube provides easy access and safely protects (storage) your art investment in the event that you are not ready to frame it upon delivery. Please note, all prints are custom printed on demand, please allow up to 5 business days for production (printing and packaging) time before your artwork is shipped out. Additional shipping time begins after this production time, and can be between 3-5 business days for local orders and 10-20 business days for international orders. If you need something more urgently, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Certificate of Authenticity (COA)
All our original art and limited edition art prints are shipped out with a signed, numbered and stamped certificate of authenticity (COA) from the artist. The certificate of authenticity is a document that proves that an artwork is genuine, authentic and comes from the artist (Osaze Amadasun) and no one else. This document comes with all relevant information about the artwork (Image of the artwork, edition size / number, name and signature of the artist, EA’s/ Artist proofs e.t.c). Should you wish to resell your original art / limited edition print or indeed donate it an institution, this document provides extra security as well as proof of the legitimacy of the artwork. Please note, If you decide to purchase Osaze Amadasun’s limited edition prints / original art on the secondary art market, ensure you only acquire it if comes with a COA.
Customs / Import Duties.
Items shipped out may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order. The studio of Osaze Amadasun is not responsible for covering or indeed reimbursing any of these fees which may be charged upon delivery of the product, this cost falls on the recipient. In order to determine what these additional costs may be, please check with your country’s customs office prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs or natural occurrences or delays once the package has exited the studio in Nigeria.
Incorrect Shipping Details.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame listed above, please make sure your name, address and telephone number is entered correctly, and you completely fill out the shipping form upon checkout. We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, you will be charged the return shipping fee PLUS the re-shipment fee should you still wish to receive your product.
